Heat the oil in a pan
Fry small pieces of pasta until golden brown, then remove with a skimmer and place on paper towels

If the ice cream is too firm, microwave it for 30 seconds at high power or until slightly softened

Mix well in a bowl the ice cream with cinnamon, then place in the freezer until firm

Boil honey with lime zest for one minute or until dissolved

Remove from heat, add pasta and mix well, then pour into a mold and compress
Leave in the refrigerator until firm
To serve, unmold and place scoops of ice cream on the plate.
