4 tablespoons of pomegranate molasses left to soak in boiling water

1 clove of garlic

In a medium saucepan, combine all the ingredients except for the butter and garlic
Allow to boil
Reduce heat and stir once
Cover and cook slowly until the rice is cooked
Melt the butter with the garlic
Let it fry for a few seconds
Remove the garlic and pour the melted butter or margarine evenly over the rice.
