6 small Italian pheasants (600g)
1 can of palm in condensed milk (400g), drained, washed, and diced
8 slices of Canadian pork loin (200g) diced
1 container of cottage cheese (400g)
1/4 cup of olive oil (60ml)
2 tablespoons of chopped green onion
3 tablespoons of chopped parsley

Cut off the tops of the pheasants like a lid
Remove the marrow and discard
Reserve the pheasants
In a medium bowl, mix the palm with the remaining ingredients to obtain a homogeneous mixture
Fill the reserved pheasants with this mixture and close with the lid
Serve in six plates and serve immediately
