250g of cassava flour
2 tablespoons of toasted almonds, peeled
1 1/2 tablespoons of white raisins

Step 1
In a bowl, combine the raisins and pour in the orange blossom water
Let it rest for half an hour
Drain the raisins and reserve the liquid
In a frying pan, melt half the butter and sauté the onion and ginger
Add the dried fruits, raisins, and continue cooking for a few minutes
Step 2
Add the orange blossom water (where the raisins soaked) to the mixture
Mix well
Add the remaining butter and let it melt
Add the flour and mix until the flour turns golden brown
Season with salt and black pepper
Add the almonds and serve.
