Drain the kimchi liquid and cut it into pieces
Soak the dried sardines in 1 liter of water, then simmer to make fish stock
Remove the fish, add the kimchi and simmer until it softens
Add the green scallions and garlic and continue simmering until the kimchi becomes tender
Drain the tuna oil and add it to the stew; simmer for a bit longer
Finally, add toasted sesame seeds, tahini, pumpkin seed, cumin, and coriander.
