2 well-drained tuna cans (210 g each)
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ketchup
8 slices of fresh or pattern cheese (30 g each slice)
4 serio pies
3 tablespoons butter or margarine at room temperature
2 well-drained tuna cans (210 g each)

3 tablespoons butter or margarine at room temperature
Mix tuna, parsley, onion, mayonnaise, and ketchup in a small bowl
Place 4 slices of cheese, one on top of the other, and cut into cubes
Add tuna
Spread butter on both sides of the serio pies
Cut them in half
Cut the remaining 4 cheese slices in half
Fill each pie half with tuna mixture and cheese
Heat a large frying pan over medium heat
Arrange the halves in the pan so that they form a whole pie again
Press gently with a spatula for 1 minute on each side
Serve 4 times.
