50g of unsalted Alchi fillets

Masa: Boil the potatoes in water
Drain and reserve one cup of the cooking water
Dissolve the yeast in the reserved water and add salt, baking powder, eggs, olive oil, milk, and warm potatoes
Mix well and gradually add the flour until it forms a sticky dough
Transfer the dough to a greased bowl, covering the entire surface
Let it rise until it has doubled in volume
Topping: Mix together the tomatoes, onion, and garlic, seasoning with salt, oil, and oregano
Make small depressions in the dough with your fingers and spread the tomato mixture
Arrange the Alchi fillets and sprinkle with grated cheese
Bake in a medium preheated oven.
