1 Place the flour in a bowl and make a hole in the center
2 Add the yeast mixture to the oil, butter, water, milk, salt, sesame seeds, onion flakes, and thyme
Mix until all ingredients are incorporated and well combined
3 Knead the dough, distribute the cheese, and knead again until the cheese is evenly distributed
Let it rest in a warm environment until it doubles in volume
4 Preheat the oven to 180°C
Knead the dough again and shape the cake
Place in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise
5 Bake the cake for approximately 40 minutes
Let it cool slightly, then remove from mold and garnish with thyme leaves and coarse salt.
