Prepare the filling: in a large skillet, sauté the onions in olive oil over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until they are softened (about 5 minutes)
Add the ground pork and cook, stirring constantly, until it is no longer pink (approximately 7 minutes)
Add the remaining ingredients, stir well, cover and simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the filling is cooked through (about 15 minutes)
Remove from heat and let cool slightly
Preheat oven to 180°C (medium)
Grease a 20cm diameter x 10cm high baking dish with butter
Transfer the filling to the baking dish and set aside
Prepare the dough: in a large bowl, sift together the cornmeal, flour, salt, and butter
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well with a wooden spoon
Cover the filling with this dough
Bake in preheated oven until lightly browned (about 20 minutes)
Serve in the baking dish
