1 kg of tenderloin (or other preferred meat)
2 cloves of garlic
to taste
1/2 teaspoon of oregano
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
1/2 cup of tomato puree
3 cooked carrots, cut into pieces
1/2 cup of broccoli florets
2 potatoes, peeled and cut into dumplings

Cut the meat into small cubes and season with garlic, salt to taste, and oregano
Heat the olive oil and fry the meat in batches until it's nicely browned
Sprinkle the meat with flour while stirring constantly
Add the tomato puree and cook until thickened
Add the carrots, broccoli, and potatoes
Cook for an additional 10 minutes or until the potatoes are tender
Serve hot.
