1 cup of parboiled or malekized or converted rice
1/4 cup of dried coriander, finely chopped
1/4 cup of almonds
2 tablespoons of clear raisins (20g)
2 tablespoons of curry powder
2 tablespoons of beef bouillon granules

Mix all the ingredients together
Place in a pot and add 2 1/2 cups of water and 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
Cover well
Allow to boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes
Do not lift the lid
Serve with 3 1/2 cups of cooked rice.
