2 cups of wheat flour
2 cups of diced ham
1 1/2 cups of finely chopped onion

1/2 cup of finely chopped green pepper

Preheat the oven to high temperature
Grease the cake pan with oil and reserve
Sauté the onion and green pepper in butter, over medium heat, stirring occasionally until they are soft
Combine the wheat flour, active dry yeast, milk, egg, and salt; mix well
Grease the sides of the mold with oil and spread the mixture to the bottom of the cake pan
Mix the ham with the sautéed onion and green pepper; place in the cake pan
Mix the yogurt with salt and black pepper; distribute this mixture on top of the cake
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown
Unmold and serve.
