Line four mini muffin tin molds with the pastry and bake in a preheated oven at medium heat for 10 minutes. Reserve
Mix the chicken filling with cream cheese until uniform and distribute it among the molds
Cut the avocado slices in half and arrange them in a fan shape over the chicken
Dust with mozzarella and bake until golden brown and melted, then decorate with crispy salsa and pepper.
