Leave the goat marinating in the seasonings, except for the onion and olive oil
The next day, remove the goat from the marinade, fry some pieces in olive oil, reserve
In a pan, sauté the onion until it browns
Return the goat pieces to the pan, lower the heat, cover, and let cook until tender
Remove from heat and place in a baking dish
Add the marinade to the baking dish and put in the oven for an additional 20 minutes
Serve with fried potatoes
