In a medium pot, over high heat, sauté the onion, garlic, red bell pepper, and tomato in olive oil, stirring constantly, until they become soft (4 minutes)
Add the shrimp, mussels, and cuttlefish and stir-fry for 3 minutes
Add the water, cover, and let it boil
Join the remaining ingredients and cook until the cod fish becomes tender (9 minutes)
Transfer to a serving bowl and serve immediately
