Place the thinly sliced onions in a baking dish
Drizzle with olive oil
Cover with aluminum foil, bake at moderate heat (170°C) until the onions are tender but still white
Remove from oven, place the fish on top and cover with lemon slices
Sprinkle with sweet herb seeds and maritime salt
Cover with aluminum foil, return to oven and bake until the fish is cooked
Serve hot for 8 people.
