Season the beef with salt and onion
Heat a pan with parsley and tomato puree over medium heat
Add the beef
Braise over low heat, with the lid off
Add the broth and let the beef cook
Mix separately, the flour, milk, and ketchup to thicken the sauce from the pan
Increase the broth if necessary
While preparing the sauce, cook the macaroni in abundant water and season with salt
Drain after cooking and set aside 1/2 cup, tempering it with the meat-stuffed macaroni sauce.
