In a skillet, melt the butter and add the onion, garlic, and beef
Brown the beef and then add the tomatoes, meat bouillon cube dissolved, mushrooms or palm hearts, ketchup, spaghetti, salt, and pepper
Bring to a simmer, reduce heat, cover the skillet, and cook for 30 minutes
Finally, add the heavy cream and let it simmer for 3 more minutes
