Cook the whole duck in a pot with the onion, tomato sauce, two heads of garlic, beef broth, a pinch of Worcestershire sauce, and salt to taste
After cooking, shred the duck and prepare the rice with the duck's cooking liquid
Serve by arranging the duck over the rice
Garnish with the linguica sausage and green olives.
