In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients well
In a 24 cm non-stick skillet, heat half of the oil over high heat
Transfer the beef mixture to the skillet, pressing it down with a spatula to form a patty
Fry until the bottom is golden brown (about 5 minutes) and flip onto a plate
Heat the remaining oil in the skillet over high heat and fry the beef patty again for about 5 minutes to brown the other side
Remove from heat and serve hot
