1/4 cup of capers

Fry the garlic in a pan, add the anchovies and mash with a fork
Add the olives and capers and mix well
Core the tomatoes and remove the seeds
Chop and add to the pan
Season to taste with salt and pepper
Let it simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes
Add the parsley
Add the cooked spaghetti, drained and rinsed, and mix carefully
Serve 4-6 portions
