1 1/2 cups of rice

In a large saucepan, bring 3 liters of water to a boil with the salt until it starts to bubble
Add the rice and cover the saucepan
Cook over medium heat until the rice is al dente
Drain and transfer to a bowl set in a warm water bath
Add the butter and parsley
Mix well, add the mozzarella cheese, and stir vigorously
Add the Parmesan cheese, mix again, sprinkle with basil, and serve immediately.
