1 1/2 cups of white beans soaked overnight in water with 1 day's anticipation
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1/4 cup of olive oil
12 sprigs of fresh parsley, chopped
150g of prosciutto, cut into 2cm pieces
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 can of tuna, drained
Black pepper to taste

Cook the beans for about 30 minutes, until they are tender
Drain and reserve 1 cup of the cooking liquid
Fry the garlic in olive oil until it starts to brown
Add the parsley, prosciutto, beans, salt, and reserved liquid
Simmer for 15 minutes over low heat with the lid on
Remove from heat and add lemon juice, tuna flakes, and black pepper
Stir well and serve still warm
Divide into 4 portions.
