1 1/2 kg of fish fillets

1/2 cup of red wine or sherry

Preheat the oven
Wrap each fish fillet around a toothpick
Place the rolled fish in a 2-liter baking dish
Pour milk over the fish rolls
Sprinkle with salt and pepper
Bake for about 30 minutes
While that's cooking, grate the cheese
When the fish is done, remove it from the oven
DRAIN THE MILK FROM THE BAKING DISH
Melt butter or margarine, then mix in flour
Cook over low heat
Gradually add the removed milk, stirring constantly
Add the grated cheese and stir until melted
Add the red wine or sherry
Pour the sauce over the fish rolls and bake until golden brown
If desired, wrap a cherry tomato inside each fish fillet
Serve 6-8 pieces per serving.
