Clean the fish thoroughly
Remove any non-edible parts, such as heads, tails, and bones, and use them to make a Fish Broth like the previous recipe
Sauté the onions in 2 tablespoons of oil, then add tomato paste, paprika, parsley, and fish broth
Stir well
Boil the potatoes and cut them into small cubes
Add the fish pieces and potatoes to the pot, let it simmer for 15-20 minutes, and stir occasionally
Do not stir the stew too much to prevent breaking up the fish pieces
Occasionally shake the pot to ensure even cooking
