4 medium fish fillets
1 tablespoon of chopped onion
1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
1/2 teaspoon of grated orange zest
1 medium, peeled and seeded apple, grated in a coarse grater
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons of chopped green onions
2 tablespoons of orange juice
Orange and grapefruit slices for garnish
4 medium fish fillets

Combine the onion, breadcrumbs, orange zest, apple, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and green onions
Spread this mixture over the fish fillets
Pile 2-3 fish fillets or roll them up, if desired
Place in a small baking dish, pour the orange juice on top, and cover with aluminum foil
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for approximately 15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through
Serve hot.
