Preheat the oven to moderate temperature (180°C)
Grease a large ceramic baking dish
Rinse the fish fillets in salted water
Pat dry
Arrange in a single layer, in the baking dish
Sprinkle with cheese
Top with tomato slices
Sprinkle with oregano, salt, and black pepper
Bake for 15 minutes or until the fish is cooked through
Serve hot.
