Marinate the fish with lemon juice and salt
Arrange the fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven for about 15 minutes
Meanwhile, blend the manjericão and yogurt in a blender until smooth
Add the olive oil gradually, while blending continuously, until a thick sauce forms
Season with salt and serve with the baked fish.
