1 package of frozen squash

1 small package of macaroni, conch-shaped or elbow macaroni

Defrost the squash
Clean it and cut into slices
Fry the garlic in olive oil until golden brown
Combine the defrosted squash with parsley, salt, and black pepper
Fry for 4 minutes, stirring constantly
Cook and drain the macaroni, combine with the squash and mix well
Serve in 4 to 6 servings.
