Cut the chicken into cubes and place in a skillet with onion, garlic, black pepper, salt, vinegar, and black pepper
Let it cook until the chicken is browned

Stir and let simmer over low heat with a hint of oil to reheat the chicken without overcooking it
Continue cooking until the chicken is no longer pink in the middle
