5 cloves of garlic, minced
2 onions, diced
1/2 cup of olive oil
1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
2 cups of linguine
1 kg of cleaned and cut squid into 2 cm thick slices
Salt and paprika to taste
1/4 cup of parsley

Fry the garlic and onion in olive oil until they're soft
Add the bell pepper and fry for a few more minutes
Add the linguine and stir-fry, stirring occasionally, until it starts to brown
Add the squid and stir-fry for 5 minutes more
Add 2 cups of water
Season with salt and paprika
Stir well and cook on low heat with the lid closed for about 25 minutes, or until the linguine is cooked
Add more water if needed
Add parsley and mix gently
Serve hot, portioned into 6 portions
