Clean the mignon ribs thoroughly
Blend the ingredients in a blender
Make some holes in the meat and sprinkle seasonings over it
Let it rest in the refrigerator for one day before serving
About two hours before serving, spread mustard all over the meat
Place the meat in a baking dish and top with ketchup
Distribute margarine into small pieces on the meat
Bake at high heat for 30 minutes
Then lower the heat and bake for another hour or so until the meat is tender
While the meat is baking, soak it with the seasoning that remained in the marinade
To serve, slice the meat into thick strips and accompany with the remaining sauce
If desired, serve with green corn, palm heart, etc.
