4 fish fillets (cod, flounder or sea bass)

Season the fish with salt and lemon juice, then place it in a preheated skillet with some olive oil
Cover and cook at high heat for 3 minutes
Flip the fillets, reduce the heat, cover and cook until almost tender
Set aside
In the same skillet, sauté the tomatoes with the yogurt
Transfer the fish to a baking dish, top it with the tomato mixture, sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
