300g cooked talharim in water and salt

100g prosciutto, finely chopped
100g mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced

grated Parmesan cheese

After the cooked talharim has been thoroughly drained, combine the egg yolks, salt, milk, prosciutto, butter, and egg whites
Mix well and pour into a greased mold, adding layers of mozzarella as you go
Bake in a hot oven
Once baked and removed from the mold, drizzle with tomato sauce and sprinkle generously with grated Parmesan cheese.
