1 basic dough disc, pre-baked

2 tablespoons of creamy catupiry cheese spread
1/2 cup of sautéed spinach
Salt, black pepper, and nutmeg to taste

Divide the dough into four equal parts
Roll out each part into a disk shape, about the size of a non-stick frying pan
Bake the disks in a medium oven for 10 minutes, being careful not to toast them and lose their pliability
Remove from the oven and set aside
Place one dough disc in a non-stick frying pan greased with butter or oil and spread half of the remaining ingredients over it
Fold the dough like an omelette and fry both sides until the crust is crispy.
