In a blender, beat the butter, onion, corn and egg
Transfer the mixture to a pan and season with salt and pepper
Add the flour and parsley and mix well
Heat the mass over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it pulls away from the sides of the pan
Let cool
Shape the balls and fill with cheese coated in cornstarch
Dip in egg white and then in bread crumbs
Place in a container, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the balls until golden
