Grease the muffin tin liners with butter
Set aside
Preheat the oven to medium temperature (180°C)

In a blender, combine milk, flour, eggs, corn starch, and salt
Cover and blend well
Stop the blender, add cheese, cover, and blend just until combined, be careful not to overmix

Pour into the muffin tin liners, place in the baking dish, and bake for 30 minutes or until lightly golden
Remove from oven and carefully, as it is hot) unmold and serve pure, with whipped cream or ice cream.
