1 round bread of 250 g (you can also use centeio bread slices)
1 tablespoon of butter or margarine
100 g of creamy cheese
3 small ripe olives
6 hard-boiled eggs
1 tablespoon of low-calorie mayonnaise (see the next recipe for this)
to taste salt and pepper
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 can of sardines (100 g) well drained
4 small chopped radishes

Cut the bread into four long slices
Spread a little creamy cheese in the center of each slice
Cut the olives into four parts
Cut the eggs into wedges and arrange them on top of one of the bread slices, in a ring shape
Mix the egg ends with low-calorie mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and curry powder
Place around the second bread slice
Cover with cut olives
Around the creamy cheese on the third bread slice, place sardines, radishes, and parsley
Re-form the original shape of the bread, placing one slice on top of another
Cut into 16 pieces (one piece per person = 111 calories)
