Cut several layers of parsley in the shape of flowers and prepare 4 small flower sandwiches
For this, make patties to fill each flower
For the first one, make a sauce with tomato (or use 2 tablespoons of store-bought tomato sauce) and mix it with half of the light mayonnaise
For the second one, prepare a ricotta cheese spread with half of the mustard
For the third one, mix the ricotta cheese with the remaining mustard
Finally, prepare a paste with thyme and the remaining light mayonnaise
Garnish with ash leaves, thyme stalks, bell pepper, and mushroom
Serve any leftover sauces on the side.
