Mix the beef with the bread, milk, egg, onion, and garlic, and season
Spread it over a lightly oiled parchment paper to the size of a rectangle 29 x 23 cm
Mix the filling ingredients and fill the beef
Roll it up along the longer side
Place it in a baking dish and bake in a hot oven (200°C) for 40 minutes, or until golden brown
