1 package of cooked type of penne pasta

Sauté the onion in olive oil and add the tomato sauce
Season with salt and black pepper and cook for five minutes
Add the white sauce and cook for two minutes
In a greased refrigerator dish, spread a little of the sauce
Cover with a layer of pasta and arrange the fish flakes
Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used up and sprinkle with grated cheese
Put in the oven to gratinate.
