Drain the tuna, reserving the liquid
Place the liquid in a bowl and fill with olive oil or lemon juice
Beat the egg with lime juice in a blender and with the device running slowly add the liquid to the bowl until thickened
Remove from the blender cup and add the chopped tuna, the egg mixture, and mustard
Mix well and serve with crackers and black olives
