In the evening, soak the beans and beef in water, separately, in separate containers

On the day of preparation, cover the beef with water and let it simmer

Drain and repeat the process two more times to remove excess salt

Combine the beans, meats, and 8 cups of water in a pressure cooker and cook for 40 minutes

Blend the mixture in a blender, adding the bouillon tablet and remaining water, then return it to the pot
