500g spaghetti

1 cup chicken broth
2/3 cup chopped green onion
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
700g ripe tomato, seeded and cut into 2-inch pieces, mashed garlic
500g spaghetti

In a large pot, place 5 liters of water, cover, bring to a boil, and let cook until al dente
Add one and a half tablespoons of salt and let it simmer again
Add the spaghetti in batches, mix well, and cook without covering until done
Tomato sauce
Saute garlic in olive oil until golden brown
Add tomato and sauté for about 3 minutes, stirring constantly and mashing with a wooden spoon
Add remaining ingredients and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally
Drain the spaghetti
Cover with the sauce and serve.
