9 slices of smoked bacon
1/2 package of spaghetti
2 beaten eggs
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup of melted butter
1/2 cup of cooked peas or canned, warmed up and drained
1 green onion finely chopped
3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon of caper chopped
9 slices of smoked bacon
1/2 package of spaghetti
2 beaten eggs

1/2 cup of cooked peas or canned, warmed up and drained

Fry the bacon until crispy, drain and crumble. Reserve
Cook the spaghetti in a large pot with plenty of water and salt for about 8 minutes, or until al dente
Drain and set aside
Beat the eggs lightly with a fork
Add salt, pepper, and melted butter to taste
Set aside
Combine the cooked spaghetti, beaten eggs, and crumbled bacon
Mix well, allowing the heat from the pasta to cook the eggs
Add the remaining ingredients; serve immediately
Cut into 4 portions.
