1 cup of chopped manjericão
1/4 cup of chopped parsley
1/2 cup of toasted nuts or chestnuts
2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons of black olive paste
1/2 cup of olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, pressed
1 package of spaghetti or 500g penne
1 cup of chopped manjericão
1/4 cup of chopped parsley

Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl
Cook the macaroni al dente, drain and while still hot, mix with the sauce
Serve immediately
Use within 4 hours.
