Soak the bread in water
Mix the moody beef with eggs, well squeezed bread, salt, black pepper, and minced garlic
Add the pepper sauce and mustard, and mix well
Spread into a 27.5 cm pizza pan greased with olive oil
Bake in a preheated hot oven (220°C) for 30 minutes
Remove from the oven and top with tomato puree seasoned with oregano, salt, and black pepper
Top with mozzarella slices and bake for another 10 minutes
Cut like a pizza and serve 6 people.
