8 strips of anchovy or herring - 54 g

Whip the egg whites until frothy
Season with salt
In a greased baking dish, shape 4 mounds with the egg whites
With a spoon, make an indentation in the center of each mound
Place one yolk inside each indentation
Top each yolk with 2 strips of anchovy or herring
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes
Serve warm.
