Wash the fish thoroughly and brush it inside and out with olive oil
Dust the fish with salt and pepper
For the stuffing, fry the bacon and combine it with crumbly biscuit dough, diced hard-boiled egg, onion, melted butter or margarine, chopped fresh parsley, hot pepper sauce, and English-style gravy mix
Finally, add chicken broth
Stuff the fish and secure it with toothpicks to prevent the filling from escaping
Place the fish in a well-greased baking dish
Dust the fish with a little wheat flour and cover it with small pieces of butter or margarine
Bake in a hot oven for 30 minutes, approximately
