Blend the tomatoes, onion, parsley, coriander, salt, and paprika in a liquidizer
Peel and clean the shrimp
Fry quickly
Add the blended flavors and let it simmer
Add the coconut milk and stir well
Dissolve the cornstarch in water and add to the remaining ingredients
Stir continuously until thickened
Add the sunflower oil next
Serve with chilled white wine, such as Riesling.
